MissDental — CRM, map & route optimization for selling to dentists
We designed and built a private web application for a company selling products to dentists across Athens. MissDental integrates every dental practice in the city from Google Maps directly into the CRM, powers door-to-door sales with a unified map, calculates the optimal route per agent, and gives the team leader full control over assignments and team management — secure access from any device.

The challenge
The company sold products to dentists through door-to-door visits, but had no unified system. Practice data was scattered, agents didn't know who to visit next, and the team leader couldn't easily divide Athens across the team or measure progress. They needed more than a spreadsheet — a platform that combines a complete dentist database, CRM, and map in one experience.
The solution
We built MissDental as a custom web app that unifies CRM, mapping, and field sales management. Every dental practice in Athens was integrated from Google Maps directly into the system — each practice registered, assigned, and trackable. Agents see on the map which dentists to visit, log activities and follow-ups, while the app calculates the optimal route to cover as many prospects as possible on each outing.

Technical approach
Responsive web application, mobile-first for agents on the road. Map data integration, structured data model for dentists, activities, and assignments, role-based access (admin / agent), and secure authentication. Clean UI with clear navigation — so the team could work from day one without complex training.
Outcome
The company gained a unified sales platform: every dentist in Athens in the CRM, every agent with a clearly mapped territory, every outing with an optimized route. From manual organization to a tool that turns door-to-door selling into a measurable, manageable process — custom software built around how the team actually works.
